Gloria cried as she complained. Samara stood still, not betraying any emotion. Samara looked

indifferently at Gloria and Chaim.

Gloria was in a mess. She held Chaim’s arm and cried.

Victor gasped. “Samara, that’s uncalled for.”

Gisselle rolled her eyes. “Ms. Humphrey is playing the victim. She is the one who suggested the game.

After Samara wiped her hands, she glanced at Chaim indifferently, “You came earlier than I thought.”

Samara turned to look at Gisselle. “Let’s go for night snacks.”
